THE METHOD

You will burn up to 1000 calories during a class by alternating between strength/resistance exercises as well as functional high intensity intervals and maybe even boxing combinations (depending on the class)  We will keep your heart rate elevated throughout the entire CLASS leading to increased endurance, strength and speed. 
Expect to see results after your first 2 weeks.

BOXING + WEIGHTS // 50 mins
BEATDOWN is a boxing-inspired class that combines the benefits of high intensity interval boxing combinations on heavy bags with strength & conditioning. Were not going to lie - this class is going to be fast, tough and sweaty but you'll feel like a champ by the end.

100% BUTT. // 45 mins
If you’re looking for booty gainz, this is the class for you. a high intensity 45 minute workout that is focused on serious glute training. work through various strengthening exercises such as hip thrusts, bridges, squats, lunges and more to strengthen and tone your butt.

HIGH INTENSITY BOXING class // 45 mins
no boxing experience required! THESE high intensity, results-driven boxing classes will HAVE you sweating your ass off. We have two variations of this class.
Combo builder: you’ll work through heart pounding boxing combinations with gloves and pads.
CIRCUIT: Fire through stations of either boxing drills on a heavy bag or conditioning exercises!

TRAIN LIKE AN ATHLETE // 30 mins
This 30 minute high intensity class is designed to mimic powerful athletic movements found in sport and throws them into a results-driven circuit. By firing through the circuit as fast as you can, this workout is designed to be functional AF and deliver fast results. A great addition to your regular training schedule.

FUNCTIONAL AF CORE TRAINING // 30 MINS
We want to change your view on what core work is. Get your core Strong AF in this 30 minute functional class focusing on your abdominals and core stability. Look forward to a results-driven class including farmer carries, Turkish getups, windmills, leg raises and more!

THE NAME SAYS IT ALL // 45 mins
THIS Class is a 45 minute cardio-fueled, endorphin-boosting experience. beginners and veterans are welcome - each class will go over basic boxing technique while delivering a full throttle, full body boxing workout. get ready to work hard and have a lot of fun in this unique environment. here’s the best part: as soon as you finish class, we hand you an ice cold beer! (yes, really)
