GETTING STARTED
STEP 1
We start with a free 20-30 minute in-person consultation to allow us to learn more about you, what your goals are, and find out where your pitfalls are.
STEP 2
Your coach will bring you through a 1 on 1 orientation where you’ll go over your nutrition plan, when you’ll workout, how the sessions work, and more
STEP 3
You get on board the GAINZ TRAIN! We’ll put your personalized plan into action and start getting you results.

The price depends on what services and packages you would want to include to help you get to your fitness goals. Pricing is strictly discussed during consultations.

The 6-Week Program consists of an initial consultation with one of our coaches. From there, you will have optional weekly weigh-ins, three workouts per week, daily and weekly accountability check-ins with your coach, and nutrition coaching with meal plans throughout the program.

Kickstarter clients are expected to workout with us 3 times per week.

Each workout is typically 50 minutes long.

We start new cohorts every Monday so you get to pick your own start date — it just has to be a Monday. Which Monday? That’s up to you!
