Bone up on your boxing skills with this 4 week series with boxing legend Pat McGinn.
Over the 4 weeks, build on your skills by learning different punches, stances, movements and techniques.

Work with pads, gloves, heavy bags and more during this amazing workout. Not only will you be a better boxer at the end, you'll also burn a ton of calories.

No boxing experience necessary.  Gloves and pads are provided but bring your own if you want!

This series is appropriate for all fitness levels.
